Fingering Chart
To play the trumpet, here is a fingering chart of all the notes that you can play on the trumpet. There are 3 valves numbered 1 (which is played with your index finger), 2 (which is played with your middle finger), and 3 (which is played with your ring finger). When a note says the number 0 under it such as C, it means to not press down any valves. When a note says the number 1 under it such as F, it means to only press down valve number 1. When a note says the number 2 under it such as B, it means to press down valve number 2. There are no notes with the number 3 under it. If there is a note that says more than one number, you press down both keys. If there was a note that says the number 1 3 under it such as D, you press down both of the keys. This rule follows if there are 3 numbers under a note such as C#, with the numbers 123, you press down all notes.
